Graco SaniForce™ Air-Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps (AODD)

Graco's air-operated double diaphragm pumps are ideal for food-related applications requiring high flow rates and portability. Fluid contact materials are FDA-compliant and meet the United States Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21. All models have a three-way pilot valve for no-stick operation, and a 100% externally serviceable air valve.

Graco SaniForce™ Sanitary Piston Pumps

Graco's powerful line of piston pumps move extremely difficult materials when others cannot. They have pressure ratios up to 12:1 and are ideal for low to medium viscosity materials. Graco's new air motors, featuring NXT technology, improve serviceability, increase efficiency and offer a lower cost of ownership. The quick knockdown lowers are made with 300 series stainless steel for long-lasting durability.

Flotronic One-Nut AODD Pumps: H Series
3-A Certified Pumps for Sanitary Product Transfer

When hygiene is the priority, there's no better pump than the Flotronic Pump H Series.

Designed to meet stringent 3-A sanitary standards, the H Series offers tremendous benefits for the food, beverage, pharmaceutical industries and any environment or process where maintaining product integrity is paramount.

High quality materials throughout
3-A sanitary standards require that all materials are acceptable for product and non-product contact. They also ensure that performance criteria critical to accepted methods of cleaning are being met. This means that H Series parts and raw materials are of the highest quality wiht their provenance duly certified. Product contact areas are either PTFE or 316L stainless steel, with stainless product contact areas polished to 32 uin Ra or better. Cleanability is further enhanced by the H Series electro-polished overall finish.

Cleaning couldn't be easier
This latest addition to the Flotronic range has been designed to meet the high standards demanded by 3-A, which include ease of cleaning for all product-contact and non-product contact parts. H Series pumps can be thoroughly cleaned in place (CIP), with a support stand allowing rotation of the pump for easy and effective media draining critical to the pump's design. Inversion of the pump ensures that the check-ball valves 'lift' allowing liquid to drain from the inverted delivery nozzle - a process which can happen in line if required and with the suction and delivery pipes still attached. The innovative, easy-maintenance, ONE-NUT design for which Flowtronic is renowned remains, allowing pump maintenance in a matter of minutes.

This pump can be cleaned by flushing with a suitable CIP fluid dependent upon the application and compatibility with the pump wetted components.

Rupture detection system
Operator peace of mind is naturally critical in environments where product contamination is to be avoided at all costs. That's why all H Series pumps have an integral diaphragm rupture detection system. This shuts down the pump should a diaphragm fail, so product is not compromised.

Connections
All H Series pumps are available with the option of BS, DIN or ISO hygienic connections.

Flotronic One-Nut AODD Pumps: F Series Chemflo Virgin and Anti-Static PTFE Pumps
K Style

The Ultimate Solid PTFE Double Diaphragm Pump.

Flotronic's K Style Pump features a solid block of virgin or anti-static PTFE housed completely inside an outer metal "Pressure Vessel" of carbon or stainless steel gives inherent safety while retaining "one nut" maintenance.

These pumps are used for extremely hazardous acids and chemicals where only PTFE can be used and often in pilot plants or as emergency pumps where chemicals are unknown.

A 90° PTFE-lined elbow will fit between the pump legs as shown. (This part can be supplied by Flotronic if required).

Flotronic One-Nut AODD Pumps: Upgrade G - Food Pump Upgrade

Applies to pumps with 14" diaphragms.

Designed for either "quick strip" or "cleaning in place" (CIP) and available in either 304 or 316 stainless steels, in a matt or electro-polished finish with a choice of hygienic connections. Designed for "tool-free" maintenance where a strip down and rebuild in ten minutes can be achieved by integral "T" bars and no other tooling. Used for low-shear pumping of viscous and particulate food products. Capable of handling solids up to 25mm (i.e. fruit, vegetable pieces), soups and sauces.

Flotronic Diaphragm Piping Pulsation Dampeners

Pulsation Dampeners reduce stress and optimize flow

Use of Air Operated Diaphragm pumps or other styles of pumps, which produce a pulsed flow, can create vibration in the delivery pipe work. Flotronic's piping pulsation dampener fitted in any conforming position in a pipe system will eliminate up to 95% of pulsation, thus reducing vibration and all associated problems.

Benefits of removing pulsation:
• Reduces vibration and shake from pipe work
• Reduces stress on pipe work joints and support brackets
• Reduces the number of support brackets required
• Allows more accurate readings when pumping through mass flow meters & other instruments
• Increases safety by reducing pressure surges

Unique design eliminates the need for recharging
Flotronic pulsation dampener units differ from other pulsation dampener designs in that they utilise a constant air supply to maintain a 'live loaded' diaphragm. By using standard factory air that is regulated to an optimum pressure - relative to dampener position - all the problems associated with recharging are eliminated.

Diaphragm rupture protection
Flotrontic have a proven Diaphragm Protection System that can be incoporated into the design. This system utilises a secondary diaphragm to protect against leakage in the event of a primary diaphragm failure, thus improving the integrity for hazardous chemical applications. The inclusion of a secondary diaphragm allows the dampener unit to be fitted with an alarm or other leak detection device.

Virgin PTFE and other materials
Flotronic developed the one-piece, bonded, virgin PTFE diaphragm over a 15-year period and it has been well proven in our range of pumps. This long life diaphragm is utilised in the range to ensure total reliability with a wide range of pumped media whlist operating on a " short stroke " basis. Diaphragms are available in a range of other materials including: Nitrile, Viton®, EPDM, food grade Elastomers
